This packing kit is designed to replace an old and worn out kit
Reasons or symptoms that determine piston replacement for the Titan XT250 :
- The sprayer will prime the paint but will not hold the pressure
- The sprayer will run continuously when the sprayer is in the spray position
- Normal wear (between 50-200 gallons of paint sprayed)
- Paint is flowing out if the top packing nut when the face plate is removed
